Wouldn't say that I'm a fan of the classes they offer here. However, I would definitely attend classes here because the instructors are really friendly and they really care about your well being during practice. The instructors will always provide tips on how the students can improve themselves. The classes are not big hence it's easier to get attention from the instructor to correct your pose. The classes are also not difficult to follow. What I like most about this studio is the fact that even though there is only one student attending the class, the instructor will still continue with the practice. This happened to me a few times and since I was the only student, they curated a special class to meet my needs. For that, I am extremely grateful and thankful that the instructors are so thoughtful and attentive to me. Definitely recommend beginners to attend this studio!!
Attended Alice's power yoga class. It was such an amazing class conducted by her. Corrected our form and gave tips on breathing. My stiff body was so much better after her class. In our class, there was an inconsiderate Indian male attendee, he peed on the side of the toilet bowl and floor, did not bother to clean it up after use. Shout out to him, please clean your own mess and leave a clean toilet to next user.
Having been to several yoga studios, this is one of the oldest studio I have seen. Feels like I am at my grandma's house. Dust can be seen on the ceiling etc. There are 2 classrooms I think, and 1 toilet. 4 of us to 1 instructor. Had the deep stretch class. Instructor was an older man who is very passionate to teach about yoga. He told us how to improvise if we cannot get into the full pose. Very cosy class. He can be abit too friendly when talking but just uncle friendly style. No ill intentions kind. Overall, average studio but I had a good stretch.
